To know what areas in your life you want to improve you need to be self-aware of who you currently are so that changes can start to take place in your life. Some of The best ways to become more self-aware is through journaling and meditating.

3.Positivity

You need to have a positive outlook on life and for your future. You have to have hope that you can change your life. Being more positive will help change your mindset on life.

Showing gratitude in your life will also help you be more positive as you will be focusing on what you don’t have less

4.Live Life For You

Make choices for your present and your future. Do not live your life trying to impress or make other people happy. Your life is your own and you do not want to look back and have regrets or

5.Focus On Yourself

Stop creating realities that do not exist. Stop caring about what people may think about you and their opinions. Stop comparing yourself to other people as they are on their own life journey and no two people's paths are the same.

6.Balance

Mind. Body. Soul.

Look after your general wellbeing so that you can be your best. When you are looking after yourself you will be able to function more effectively and make choices that benefit the changes you are trying to create in your life.

7.Find Your Purpose

Find your life purpose. If you figure out your life purpose you will be able to understand the why behind why you want to change your life and be able to take steps to get there. You will be naturally motivated as you want to be fulfilled in your life. You will be focused on reaching your long term goals and continue to be successful
