Sometimes it can be difficult to discover what you want to achieve in your life, what your purpose is and what your why is. These are all areas that I will help you with, I will guide and open conversations about your emotions if necessary. I will help you understand how your emotions are linked directly to these areas.
Once you have greater clarity on what goals you want to achieve I will help you create a clear and concise action plan. The action plan will be tailored towards your long terms goals, with applicable steps along the way with necessary milestones that you will need to achieve. A timeline will be created and can be adjusted as time goes on to ensure you are always working and focusing on the correct areas.
As your life coach, I am a helping hand to you and you must remember that it is a partnership, I will not be doing the hard work for you. You must contribute and put your ideas out there so that I can help you in the right way. I will keep you accountable for the goals that you have decided on. I will also be a voice of reason who will give you constructive feedback. I will be a positive influence who can be in your life for as long as you feel is necessary. As time goes on I can be somebody who you can check in with and I can help you readjust and refocus your attention if your goals have not been achieved or are no longer desired.
