New Beginnings

20 March 2022. The day when spring officially starts and if you ask me there isn't a better time for new beginnings. A time to shake off the old and welcome in the new. The early darker evenings are soon going to be behind us and longer brighter days are in our future.

It is tradition for many to have a spring clean, change up one's environment, purge and be ready to welcome new into one's life. This spring I challenge all to have a holistic spring clean - in regards to improving one's overall wellbeing.

from acknowledging your past pains finally letting them go, forgiving those who have hurt you, opening your heart to new opportunities, finally saying no to people and no longer people-pleasing. There is always going to be that 'thing' you need to work, something you want to achieve or something you want to accomplish. Unfortunately, it is up to you to create a lifestyle that brings you peace and joy, a life that you can look back at and be content with.

Trying to do everything at once can often be overwhelming and can often lead to not seeing our brightest hopes and dreams become a reality. So self-reflect and pick 4 things in your life that you want to 'spring clean' and start afresh. If unsure where to start read our post on personal development on key areas that you may want to focus on. Set out your goals and write out exactly how you will achieve what you intend to do - get our habit tracker to keep you focused!

I hope whatever new beginnings you have in spring 2022 are fruitful in every sense.

🦋 keep being a beautiful human 🦋
